Job Requirement

•    A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or relate field.
•    Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar capacity
•    People oriented and results driven strategy and leadership skills.
•    Dynamic & energetic with a positive attitude and a strong desire to grow.
•    Excellent verbal and written communications skills in both Sinhala and English.
•    Exposure to ISO quality standards will be added advantage.
•    Proficiency in Microsoft applications.
•    Age range 25 – 35 years (Female candidates are preferred).

Job Responsibilities
•    Should possess experience in coordination all Human Resources functions with minimum 
   supervision.
•    Responsible for all administrative activities of the company.
•    Develop training & development programs and objectives.
•    Monitor all hiring and recruitment processes ensuring in accordance with company policies        
   and standards.
•    Review and ensure accurate maintenance of all HR related records.
•    Ability to interact with associates across the organization with a strong team oriented.
•    Strong knowledge & experience of employment Law, EPF/ETF and payroll processing. 
•    Making sure that the relationship with the client, suppliers, and vendors stays positive.
•    Communicating with executives and upper management regularly.
•    Collaborating with executives and creating operational policies and procedures.
•    Maintain the health & safety procedure in the company to fulfil the ISO requirement.
